Our Raspberry Sour Ale is clean and refreshingly tart. During fermentation, we add an alarming amount of raspberries along with a few blackberries for big fruity complexity. Pink beer is alright with us.

Barrel-aged wild ales are some of the riskiest, and time-consuming beers to produce. You never really know what to expect when you shut it up inside of an oak barrel to age for up to 2 years with a blend of bacteria and wild yeast. Sometimes you get lucky, and you get a beer like High Fantasy. Then you aged it further on fresh pineapple. Complex brettanomyces funk with tropical fruit notes and spice jump out of the glass.
