Misfits and Collaborations

This barrel-aged strong ale was brewed in collaboration with The Tomahawk Room in Chippewa Falls. Inspired by a house cocktail, this ale is aged in Jim Beam Rye barrels, then blended back together to be aged further in stainless tanks. We recommend that it be served with lemon zest on the rim!

Style: Barrel-Aged Strong Ale

Malts: Pale Ale, Rye, Special B

Hops: Nugget

Microbes: Belgian Ale Yeast

Original Gravity: 16.5° Plato          ABV: 7.4%        Color: 15.3 SRM

A collaboration with PyschMetal/Drone band, The Ronald Raygun. This is an Imperial Molasses Oatmeal Stout. Huge roast and chocolate notes are carried by a big, pillowy body which gives way to a finish tinged with burnt sugar.

Hops: Magnum, Saaz

Microbes: House Lager Yeast
