House Lager — Bavarian-style Helles — 4.8% ABV
Our House Lager is light and drinkable with a dry, refreshing finish. Its extremely pale appearance belies its depth of malt character with notes of honey and fresh biscuit.
Muirhead — Scottish Ale — 6.0% ABV
Malt-forward with and intense bready backbone accented with subtle caramel notes. Clean yet robust.
Boom Boom — Cherry Sour Ale — 5.0% ABV
Bone dry and pleasingly tart, this sour ale is fermented on an honestly stupid amount of real cherries.
Second Chance — Maibock — 7.2% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with the Western Wisconsin Homebrewer's Guild, this traditional Maibock is pale and intensely malt-forward. Robust up front, it finishes clean and crisp.
Divine Dramedy — Abbey Dubbel — 6.8% ABV
Our classic Abbey-style ale is complex on the palate with plenty of yeast-derived notes of raisin, plum, and fig, and a subtle spice. It starts out robust and bold up front but finishes dry.
Idiom — Vienna Lager — 5.2% ABV
A longtime taproom favorite. This amber lager is malt forward with an intense breadiness on the palate. It finishes dry and crisp.
Coronation — Barrel-Aged Baltic Porter — 7.7% ABV
Our beloved Baltic Porter aged in a very special barrel. Complex and layered with subdued roast notes underneath dried fruit notes, subtle vanilla, and hints of molasses.
Exceedingly Pleasing Pils — West Coast-Style Pils — 5.3% ABV
Hopped with 100% Cascade, the most classic of classic American hops, this Pils is crisp and aromatic with a bouquet of floral and citrus notes. Hop-forward on the nose, but exceedingly balanced on the palate.
The Walrus Was Paul — IPA — 6.0% ABV
This IPA is hopped with a blend of Citra, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. It features big citrus and tropical notes but remains balanced on the palate.
Replica — Wheat Pale Ale — 5.8% ABV
An American-style Pale Ale brewed with a hefty addition of wheat. Replica is soft and pillowy on the palate yet finishes dry and refreshing. It features a bright, citrus-forward profile that pairs perfectly with this warm spring weather.
