Boom Boom — Cherry Sour Ale — 5.0% ABV
Bone dry and pleasingly tart, this sour ale is fermented on an honestly stupid amount of real cherries.
Terra — Wet-Hopped Ale — 5.5% ABV
Our annual exploration of the local terroir. Brewed with wet hops from our friends at Hoppertunity Gardens. This ale features plenty of hop character, but is decidedly balanced, showcasing bright aromatics featuring subtle citrus, stone fruit, and floral notes.
Turbo Bruce— 3X Mild — 7.0% ABV
Are you deeply and unrepentantly passionate about obscure British beer styles? Then Turbo Bruce is the beer for you! This 3X Mild is intensely malty, bready, nutty, and doughy and it pairs perfectly with autumnal weather.
Oktoberfest — Marzenbier — 5.4% ABV
Intensely malty, yet exceedingly quaffable, our Oktoberfest is built for drinking by the masskrug whilst wearing your finest dirndl or lederhosen.
Idiom — Vienna Lager — 5.2% ABV
A longtime taproom favorite. This amber lager is malt forward with an intense breadiness on the palate. It finishes dry and crisp.
Oily Boi — Stout — 6.6% ABV
Layers of malt complexity are capped off with an intense roast and cocoa finish. Rotund enough to satisfy those cool weather cravings for a beer of true substance.
New Noise — IPA — 6.0% ABV
An India Pale Ale hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and El Dorado.
Hay Girl — Saison — 5.9% ABV
A Belgian-inspired summer crusher. Hay Girl features plenty of yeast-derived complexity including a bouquet of fruity esters and pepper-like phenolics. Silky on the palate, it finishes bone dry and refreshing.
