House Lager — Bavarian-style Helles — 4.8% ABV
Our House Lager is light and drinkable with a dry, refreshing finish. Its extremely pale appearance belies its depth of malt character with notes of honey and fresh biscuit.
Divine Dramedy — Abbey Dubbel — 6.8% ABV
Our classic Abbey-style ale is complex on the palate with plenty of yeast-derived notes of raisin, plum, and fig, and a subtle spice. It starts out robust and bold up front but finishes dry.
Bock — Dunkles Bockbier — 6.9% ABV
Intensely malt-forward with notes of sweet bread crust and smooth and subtle caramel. This rotund Bockbier is lagered for three months for peak maturity and drinkability.
Idiom — Vienna Lager — 5.2% ABV
A longtime taproom favorite. This amber lager is malt forward with an intense breadiness on the palate. It finishes dry and crisp.
When I Am King — Baltic Porter — 7.0% ABV
A rotund, dark, malt-forward beer with intense notes of cocoa and subtle roast. Full on the palate with a lingering malt finish.
Exceedingly Pleasing Pils — West Coast-Style Pils — 5.3% ABV
Hopped with 100% Cascade, the most classic of classic American hops, this Pils is crisp and aromatic with a bouquet of floral and citrus notes. Hop-forward on the nose, but exceedingly balanced on the palate.
Glitter Attack! — Fruit Beer — 5.8% ABV
This old school fruit beer consists of a blonde ale base beer fermented on a blend of Tangerine, Mango, and Apricot. It features intense, bright fruit but finishes balanced and refreshing.
Weird Machine — IPA — 6.0% ABV
A more old-school approach to American-style IPA. Weird Machine is hopped with a blend of Belma, Centennial , and El Dorado.
Newb Lewb: A Curling Beer — American-style Amber Ale — 4.8% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with the Eau Claire Curling Club for their Newbie Spiel. This amber ale is malt forward, with a sturdy, bready backbone accented with subtle stonefruit notes derived from the hops and yeast. Supremely drinkable, this ale was designed for lengthy broomstacking sessions.
